More dinner parties

Everyone had such a good time yesterday that we had another cookout tonight but this time there was less lobster, more conch and turtle.  I have never had turtle before but tonight I know why some of them have become extinct.  Turtle meat tastes wonderful!  It is very similar to chicken and the marina guys fried and seasoned it to perfection.

We walked over to Bob’s Beach midday and soon after a front-end loader drove down to the beach and started dragging away the dredge pipe that had been abandoned there years earlier.  By that afternoon the pipe was gone, leaving only a gouge in the sand where it had been.
